Michael Castrillon began his career after graduating from Indiana University, where he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business. His passion for business and innovation naturally led him to the insurance industry, where he joined Hanson & Ryan as a Commercial Lines insurance agent. At Hanson & Ryan, he specializes in risk management solutions, helping businesses navigate their coverage needs with tailored advice. Known for his strategic thinking and dedication to clients. Outside of work, Michael lives in New Jersey and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing, which he finds meditative. He is a proud former varsity athlete, having competed in golf during high school and at the collegiate level, experiences that reflect his discipline and teamwork skills.
