Laura Connolly
Laura brought over two decades of deep industry expertise to the team when joining Hanson & Ryan in June 2026. A Georgia native raised in Roswell, she earned a degree in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia Southern University before relocating to New Jersey in 1999 to launch her insurance career.
Driven by technical excellence and client advocacy, Laura earned her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation in 2001 and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2004. Throughout a distinguished career, she has specialized in Property & Casualty Commercial Lines—a role at the ideal intersection of collaborating with production teams, carriers, and business owners. Today, as Marketing Manager, she leverages her technical background to connect local businesses with robust, tailored coverage to protect their most vital assets.
Outside the office, Laura lives in Randolph, NJ, and stays busy keeping up with her active, blended family of seven grown and school-aged children. When she isn’t navigating complex, commercial risk accounts, she can usually be found cheering on the kids at sports events or enjoying quality time with family.
Fun Fact: Between triplets and a busy household of seven kids and young adults, Laura is an expert at managing chaos both in and out of the office.
